Production methods Polyoxyethylene castor Oil :
Stir solid potassium chloride equal to 0.3% of the castor oils into the reactor. Then, heat the reactor until KOH is dissolved. Next, replace the air inside the reactor with nitrogen and inject the ethylene oxide. The reaction temperature should be maintained between 160180 and the pressure at 0.150.2MPa. To cool the material, it is transferred into the bleaching vat, and the pH of the solution is adjusted slightly acidic by adding acetic. 0.1% hydrogen peroxide for decolorization is then added. After 70 cycles of heat preservation, maintain 0.5h for five hours and cool the material by decompression.

Applications Polyoxyethylene castor Oil :
L-20 and HEL-20 may be used for acrylic fiber spinning, as well as as weaving oils. This will make the sizing softer, smoother, and easier to weave. Also, they can be used as diffusers, emulsifiers or wetting agents. HEL-20 also has low coking characteristics at high temperature. El-40, an oil-in water emulsifier is used to make wool oil for the textile industry. It is a good antistatic agent and works well when combined with other agents. It can be used to emulsify in pesticide, pharmaceutical and other industries. El-80 has antistatic and emulsifying properties and can be added to acrylic fibers, polypropylene fibres, PVA fibers and other chemical oil agents. It can also be used as an organophosphorus dioxin emulsifier and as an oil emulsifier. It is widely used in textile dyeing, printing, ink and paint industries. But it can also be used to emulsify a wide variety of oils.
