Preparation

Construction

2. Adjust the concentration of foamed concrete, the general density is about 300-1800kg/m3, and the foamed concrete with 300-1200kg/m3 is the most commonly used. When high concentration of foam concrete is needed, the concentration of cement slurry can be appropriately increased to control the bubble size, on the contrary, the concentration of cement slurry can be appropriately reduced. Can first add the foaming agent to the water, the general water is between 1.6 and 10kg, and the foaming agent is between 0.1 and 0.6kg, and then make it mix evenly, taking no more than 3 minutes. Then, according to the different needs of the construction team, follow the appropriate mix ratio to add water to the mixer, the amount of water is between 24 and 150kg, after that, you can continue to add an appropriate amount of cement to the container, the amount of cement is between 48 and 300kg, in which the cement grade is not less than 425, generally speaking, the ratio is about 6: 1, then fine sand and appropriate auxiliaries can be added, and finally, various ingredients can be fully mixed. The specific operation time is about 2 minutes. Add the prepared crystal to the newly prepared mixture, mix it evenly again, and wait 2 minutes.

 

3. Cover. Before covering, set up the hoarding where you need to cover, and after making sure that there are no pores, cover the surface with the adjusted foam concrete. According to the requirements of the construction team, a high line is placed on its surface, usually according to the surface of 2 meters, and then the surface is flattened (with a ruler, the length is between 3 and 5 meters), and it must be guaranteed not to destroy its shape due to shaking, so as to ensure the integrity of the finished product. The foamed concrete is separated according to the different requirements of the construction team. In the process of transportation, the passage of the pipeline should also be checked to prevent the instability caused by blockage, so as to ensure the smooth progress of the construction.

 

During this period, the pipes that hinder the transport of materials must be repaired in time to ensure that the appropriate pressure is always maintained. In order to prevent the bad phenomenon caused by pipeline vibration, the pipeline must be placed on the bearing tool in advance, such as Madden. Configure the corresponding filtering equipment and control the purity of the product to filter out sundries. And reasonably control the product density, when the operation is about to be completed, reasonable material selection, less waste.

 

4. Clean the equipment in time after finishing, and arrange the corresponding responsible personnel to take care of the nature first, and then spray water on the products regularly after 36 hours. It is best to spray water 2-3 times a day, and no one should be near it before. Do not use until more than 15 days after use. After completion, to carry out quality inspection and protection of the product, according to the need to fill supplementary loopholes, fine stones can be used.
