’Dah Shinin’ is a dark, ominous sounding album, with gruff & threatening raps from the emcees and some dusty, gritty beats laid down by the Beatminerz. Its not as varied as Black Moons album, but it is consistent. ’Dah Shinin’ is a creepy, blunted experience, and about as street as it gets. You can almost smell a mixture of gun and weed smoke with Smif-N-Wessuns late night alley way stories. This is pure hip hop flava, Must Own if you enjoy BCC or the classic NYC stuff of yesteryear.
