Once again after just over a year since Vol. 2, the RR camp is back with a new album. Not as good as Vols. 1 or 2 and about equal with Vol. 4. The roster is basically the same, Infa Red & Cross are back, Swizz don’t rap on this one and Fiend was added. As with vol. 2, not alot of DMX or Sheek and guests once again are some bigger names but not as good as the one on Vol. 1 & 2 (with a few exceptions).

As you can see most are either worth skipping or are hard as #*&@. Production is good or bad depending on the track. P Killer Tracks does 3 songs, Needlez does 2, and Swizz Beats, Mr. Divine, Timbaland, Irv Gotti, Kid called Roots, David Banner and Mike City all do 1. A good album for fans of the RR but not the best.
