Paul Wall a.k.a Paul Willigan a.k.a The Chick Magnet, a.k.a The Peoples Champ, has become a major force to be reckoned with in the urban music scene. From his days starting out in the game as a street promoter to the present where he not only is he a respected rapper but also one of the most revered mix tape DJ’s in the nation, he’s taken a hold of the rap world and never let go.

Paul Wall got with Swishahouse as a promoter back in the day when he was just beginning to rap professionally with his former partner, Chamillionaire. His freestyles on some of the most popular Swishahouse discs quickly made him not only of the most popular artists in The House, but in Texas. Those freestyles led him to a deal with one of Houston’s most prominent labels, Paid In Full, and soon after e and Chamillionaire released the Texas rap classic "Get Ya Mind Correct". There has been rumored numbers of over 100,000 copies with minimal promotion. After thatâ€¦everyone wanted a piece of Paul Wall.

After dropping his first CD, The Chick Magnet, on Paid in Full, the release hit Billboard’s top 100 Hip Hop & R&B charts. Now solo artist, Paul Wall has returned to The Swishahouse full-time to release a wildly popular mix tape entitled How To Be A Player that’s flying off the racks of record stores. Paul’s next album is, The Peoples Champ which drops on The Swishahouse/Swishablast label soon. In his "free time", he fields calls from major labels and DJ’s.
