Duck Down Records has a rich history in hip hop. Headed by Buckshot (lead MC from Black Moon) and long time partner Dru Ha the label has put out albums by Black Moon, The Boot Camp Clik, Heltah Skeltah, O.G.C., Smif N Wessun, Cocoa Brovaz (distributed by Priority Records 1995-Present) and a variety of independent singles as well. Combined album sales exceed 2,200,000 soundscan units and Duck Down brings over 7 years of record industry experience to the table.

Duck Down specializes in managing artists, supervising and producing the recording of primarily rap records and than marketing these finished records by means of radio (college and mixshow level), video, publicity, and alternative Street Team Promotions.
