Customer Review :
Defari dropped an album, out of the blue for some, in ’98 called " focused
daily" which was a sound-bomb. Laced with the tightest production
and rhymes for a while. I honestly didnt expect him to reach those levels again
with this joint. However im delighted to say, not only did he reach them, he
blew them away. There’s 15 joints here plus an interlude with Derari’s cohort
chocalate tye on it, and apart from that and possibly "Hooks" which
i couldnt get into (although everyone else seems to have done it effortlessly)
the entire album is FLAWLESS. From start to finish its solid, funky, hard edged
sound compliments Defari’s flow brilliantly. Stand out tracks for me are "inner
city", "cold pieces", "spell my name", "odds
and evens" (my favourite),"diamonds in the rough", "for
the love" and "los angelinos". Go get this album. Amazing !!!!!!!
