Hypnotize Minds/Columbia Records announce the upcoming release of Last 2 Walk, the first new full-length album from Three 6 Mafia since 2006, when the record-breaking history-making Memphis hip-hop ensemble became the first African-American rap group ever to win the Best Original Song Oscar. One of the year’s most heavily anticipated album releases in any genre, Three 6 Mafia’s Last 2 Walk will be available in stores and online Tuesday, June 24.

The brainchild of Three 6 Mafia founding members DJ Paul and Juicy J, Last 2 Walk premieres the future club anthem, "Lolli Lolli (Pop That Body)" featuring hardcore rapper Project Pat (Juicy J’s brother and longtime member of the Hypnotize Minds’ hip-hop collective), the rising Three 6 Mafia protege Young D, and Superpower.

The album includes the salacious new single "I’d Rather" featuring Unk, "That’s Right" featuring Akon, and the long-awaited "My Own Way" collaboration with Good Charlotte.

I been following Three 6 since for years. I miss Gangsta Blac, Killa Klan Kaze, Indo G, 211, Lil Noid, and all them real cats. I wish Paul & Juicy would make some really hardcore shit like they use to or atleast make something in a reminder of Chapter 2 or When The Smoke Clears. They still do their thing, and very influential in the game but they are beginning to sound like everybody else. These past few albums from solo members, even include Project Pat haven’t been too good. So make some really good music again fellas ! Us south niggas gotta continue to take over, and lets make something real again.

I love Three 6 Mafia, especially from back when dey was all together. Their "mystik" style is wut made dem unique. but honestly, i’m kind of concerned for this album. i know the group is split and its just DJ and Juicy and dats cool cuz they the last 2 walk. but so far the singels seem pretty weak to me. compare them to some of their previous hits, and they seem kinda lackluster. i aint mean to hate, cuz i love three 6, but i’m praying and i’m hopin to god they don’t slip on this album. and i aint give a f*** wut u people who call yourself fans after all youve heard is most known unknown have to say. three 6 is much more than that. thats just how i feel. (juicy j style) shutttttt theeee f************** upppppppppppppppppppp !!!!!!
