Talib Kweli New Single Hot Thing

Talib Kweli has been prepping his Blacksmith/Warner Brothers debut, Eardrum, for over a year and the album which was initially scheduled for release last summer is now tentatively scheduled for a late summer release date.

The latest single from the project is "Hot Thing" which was produced by the Black Eyed Peas’Will.I.Am who has also produced hits for Nas, the Game, and Common in the past.

Kweli will release his new album, Eardrum, in July. The album features production by Hi-Tek, Pete Rock, Madlib, Kanye West with guest appearances by Norah Jones, UGK, Strong Arm Steady, and Jean Grae.

Kweli’s last release, 2004’s Beautiful Struggle, was released on Geffen Records.
