Come on little wayne fans, I think those skinny jeans are a little too tight. 1st. Jay was talking to lil wayne but in-directly and that was a warning to him and a very well planned warning at that and justified. 2nd wayne should have never made indirect comments to jay in his music even though jay doesn ?€™t really listen to his music. He shouldn ?€™t have publicly said to mtv magazine that he’s the best rapper alive and that jay is mad because he’s on top ? That sounds retarded !!! Jay isn ?€™t that insecure to worry about someone opinion. Jay did some songs with the kid which boosted both of their careers. Jay for the younger not to knowledgeable youth and it helped wayne gain some respected from true hiphop fans. (Believe it or not, the majority of people purchasing waynes albums are kids) He made a little bit of money but that was it and unfortunately he has been getting a big head over it. What he doesn ?€™t realize is he will never sell another album like that again. I ?€™m sorry but its true guys ?€ ?A lot of guys have gotten hot over the years and jay has been there every step of the way. Not really giving a shit, Just making his own music like he always does while people come and go. Everyone’s popularity fades and there music becomes stagnant. So it ?€™s important to switch it up which jay-z does plus he has the gift of still coming up with words that you ?€™ll repeat over and over again in your head and say ?€œdamn he is the fucking best ?€ or if you ?€™re a hater then its ?€œyo its okay but he ?€™ll never be like he was back in the day ?€ . Regardless I ask you, do you really think some of your favorite guys will be around in ten years or even come up with classic songs let alone albums in 10 year ? Don ?€™t get me wrong some of the artist come up with a few gems here or there or sell two or three good album like 50 cent, Eminem, and Kayne West but nothing tops what they did in the past. Andre 3000, Nelly, Gnarls Barkley, Eminem, 50 Cent, Kayne West and Lil Wayne are all a part of a growing trend in hiphop. Hot one minute and ?€œokay ?€ the next. Don ?€™t get me wrong, talent is talent and if you have it and your smart you will last a very long time in hiphop but I promise you. It has already starting to turn again in hiphop. lil wayne and kayne west have been the new ?€œgo to ?€ guys and wayne has been coming down fast as of late ? Kayne on the other hand has been somewhat consistent like Jay-Z which says a lot about that camp. Maybe it has to do with the fact that he has a lot of talent to last him the next 10 years like jay which would be ironic or could it be the obvious conclusion which is he ?€™s close to Jay and picks up his positive habits. Honestly no one knows what the future holds but next in line will either be someone new over a very small group of guys that truly have talent. Whatever happens in the future Jay-Z will still be there after the dust settles off the next "BIG" rapper and im sure the younger guys will say that person is better than Jay. Lastly, if wayne wants to truly be respected in hiphop then he needs to come up with classics of his own. No more taking lyrics or songs from jay or anyone else. He needs to come up with a true classic. Something people will talk about in the future.
