Snoop Dogg’s Hodd Of Horror coming soon
Snoop Dogg’s Hood of Horror will finally be in theaters on May 4th, featuring the rapper as the "Crib Keeper" who presents "three grisly morality tales that blend horror, anime, live action and a strong dose of gallows humor, partially inspired by the classic comic book series Tales of the Crypt."
Snoop stars as Devin, a murdered thug who must make up for his misdeeds by ushering his fellow sinners to their hellish end. The film also stars Ernie Hudson, Danny Trejo, Lin Shaye, Anson Mount, Brande Roderick, Daniella Alonso, Pooch Hall, Sydney Tamiia Poitier, WWF wrestler Diamond Dallas Page, Aries Spears, NBA players Lamar Odom and Tayshaun Prince, Billy Dee Williams, Jason Alexander, Method Man, and NFL stars Teyo Johnson, Justin Fargas and Glenn Cadrez.
Xenon Pictures originally
scheduled a narrower release, late last year. However, they have now rescheduled
the film to go up against Spider-Man 3, in hopes of getting spillover that other
studios are afraid to release any other films at that time.
