According to executive director Eric Walker, members of the All-Stars team will be picked from third, fourth and fifth grade football teams from Michigan’s Macomb and Wayne counties. Snoop will also take part in the event.

"Since the league is sponsored by Snoop Dogg, he’s supposed to do some singing and a little halftime [show] for kids," Walker said in a statement. "He is going to bring the best of the Snooper Bowl kids to play the Michigan All-Stars."
