Fresh from his recent legal trouble in Sweden, Snoop Dogg has announced he will be releasing a new compilation album on April 24 via Doggy Style Records and Koch Records entitled "The Big Squeeze."

Snoop hopes the album will showcase some of the West Coast’s freshest talent including the likes of Azure, Westurn Union and the Warzone. Snoop is credited as producing 16 of the 19 tracks (as Niggaracci) and makes guest appearances on 12 tracks.

After 15 years in the game, 9 albums to his credit, 15+ million units sold worldwide, few rappers can match Snoop’s track record. His current hit album, "Blue Carpet Treatment," has re-cemented his status as THE premier rap icon of the West. On the heels of a sold-out European tour, Bigg Snoop Dogg continues to bring the heat with "The Big Squeeze."

Kurupt, Ray J and Daz will also be featured on the album and the first single will be Western Union’s "Hat 2 Tha Bacc."

"I see a new West Coast and it’s right here — and it’s brought to you by the King of the West Coast," Snoop said of the album.
