Sheek Louch Preps Silverback Gorilla for March ’08 Release

LOX group member and solo artist Sheek Louch is preparing to release his third solo LP, Silverback Gorilla in March of next year. The album will be released under the rappers marketing services agreement with Koch Records and his own D-Block records. In addition to his partners Jadakiss and Styles P, Sheek has tapped Bun B, The Game, Fat Joe and Jim Jones for guest appearances.

The first single, “Keep Pushin’” will be hitting the streets any day now. Silverback Gorilla is the follow up to Sheek’s first two solo projects, 2003’s Walk Witt Me and 2005’s After Taxes. “Sheek Louch is a successful core KOCH artist and he defines gangsta rap in New York,” Koch General Manager and executive VP Alan Grunblatt said in a statement announcing the release.
