Paid Dues Festival

MC Murs and marketing company Guerilla Union have teamed up once again for their third annual Paid Dues festival.

The independent hip-hop series already wrapped its third sold out festival in Southern California. Hoping to expand its popularity, the festival is now headed to New York, Ft. Lauderdale, Denver and San Francisco this June.

Paid Dues aims to give a platform to the biggest names in independent that generally go unnoticed by the mainstream media. In support of their upcoming albums, Buckshot of the Boot Camp Clik, 9th Wonder, Kidz In The Hall and Braille have all signed onto the festival series.

Additionally Little Brother, Hieroglyphics, and Yak Ballz are also on board, with Murs and 9th to host. Artists confirmed to perform on select dates include Rakim, De La Soul, Gza, Blackalicious, Supernatural & Scratch and Kidz in the Hall.
