No charges for Lil Wayne in Marijuana Bust

Weezy will continue his current tour

Lil Wayne was arrested along with 11 other people 2 days ago and detained in Falfurrias, Texas after marijuana was discovered on his tour bus.

While the Border Patrol says that charges are still pending, Weezy’s lawyer said that some people did receive citations but added that his client was none of them.

This means that he will be able to continue his current tour.

Wayne pled guilty in october regarding a 2007 arrest when he was charged with an attempted criminal possession of a weapon. He will appear for sentencing in february 2010 and is set to spend a year in jail.
