Second G-Unit Album for December 18
50 Cent has made it official in an interview with XXL: he’s back in the studio with his G-Unit crew and they are ready to drop their second group album called Shoot To Kill at the end of this year.
The group’s first album, Beg For Mercy, which was recorded largely during Tony Yayo ’s incarceration, sold over 2 million copies when it was released in 2003.
But with albums sales at their lowest these days, this album might not beat their previous effort. 50 Cent latest album Curtis released on Sept, 11 has "only" sold 1 million units during its first month compared to 1,14 million copies in only 4 days with The Massacre released in 2005.
“The G-Unit album Shoot To Kill is coming out December 18th, so cancel Christmas, it’s over. It’s a righteous kill,” 50 Cent said.
