No one has lyrically been able to compete with his vivid tales of street life and opulence, and as Nas recently celebrated another birthday, he’s still hard at work with a new album coming next year (Life is Good) and a new single called ‘Nasty’ he released earlier this year. According to Hip Hop Wired-

Simon & Schuster imprint Atria Books announced Monday that the memoir will be called “It Ain’t Too Hard to Tell” and will be co-written with music journalist and TV personality Toure.

While details are scarce, the tome is described as an autobiography and an inside look into the Queensbridge rapper’s life.

ProHipHop can’t wait to check this book out, because as most real hip hop fans know, it ain’t hard to tell who should be on the list of top 5 rappers of all time. No matter how popular Tyler the Creator or Kreayshawn is, these bite size rappers with limited wordplay and abilities are exactly that when compared to a rapper like Nas. We’re not going to feel extra old and ask who has heard Illmatic in its entirety before, but not only is that album our favorite album EVER here at ProHipHop, we recommend anyone who loves the romantic 90′s period of Hip Hop to pick it up.
