review:
Nas’ untitled ninth studio album is tentatively set for release on July 1, 2008. Production will come from Salaam Remi, No I.D., Sean C & LV, Jake One, Jay Electronica, L.E.S., Wyldfyer, Buckwild, DJ Toomp, stic.man, Big Jack and Hi-Tek. Guests will include The LOX, Rick Ross and dead prez. It is rumored that the title is actually called ’Nas’, because that is the only word on the album and the ’N’ on his back could stand for his rapping name. But NaS proclaims that the "N" on his back actually stands for the album’s original title "Nigger". The Lashings on his back are to represent the black struggle and also how he has been critized his whole career.
