Mos Def preps new album

Rapper and actor Mos Def has been working on a new album since last year that’s tentatively called The Undeniable Free Now Black : Volume Zero. The set will be the rapper’s last release under his current deal with Geffen Records, and according to SOHH.com, several labels have approached him. Mos Def has allegedly turned down offers from 50 Cent’s G-Unit and Def Jam Records. No release date has been set for the new album but it will include the production of Minnesota and Pharrell Williams of the Neptunes.

Alright Mos... Come back with some more of dat "Black on Both Sides" shit, with a little Blackstar, and DJ Hi Tek on the help out ! Please ?!?!? Shit i know how it can be making movies and shit taking you away from what you really do best, but sit back and come at us with some shit that will put you back at the top of being one of the few artist that actually rap about things that have MEANING.... And not some of that wack ass radio play stuff that people get hooked on for no reason what so ever !Speaking of which, I see he didn’t sign with G-Unit ! Please ! Mos Def sign with them fools ?!?!? I just know he laughed at the offer !Next thing you know they’ll try and get Common, and The Roots to sign with them too...Hell, if ATCQ ever comes back(Please do !)that would be funny if they tried to sign them as well ? Leave the real artist alone G-Unit, and just sign rappers who talk about "Candy Shop ?" and nonsense like dat ! Ya feel me !
