Mos Def preps new album
Rapper and actor Mos Def has been working on a new album since last year that’s tentatively called The Undeniable Free Now Black: Volume Zero. The set will be the rapper’s last release under his current deal with Geffen Records, and according to SOHH.com, several labels have approached him. Mos Def has allegedly turned down offers from 50 Cent’s G-Unit and Def Jam Records. No release date has been set for the new album but it will include the production of Minnesota and Pharrell Williams of the Neptunes.
