Mobb Deep Sue Former Manager

Mobb Deep are reported to have filed a lawsuit against their former manager for releasing their recordings without permission.

Gossip website TMZ.com is reporting that Mobb Deep’s Havoc and Prodigy have filed a lawsuit claiming Norman "Purfek Storm" Bell released the two disc album "Infamous Archives" in 2007 without their permission and are seeking over $1 million in unpaid royalties.

The lawsuit also claims Bell, who managed Mobb Deep between May 2004 and November 2007, distributed their tracks on the Mobb Deep The Mix Tape Before 9/11 and Purfek Storm Mix Tape Volumes 1 & 3 mixtapes with intent to profit.

Mobb Deep are claiming Bell has committed copyright infringement, trademark counterfeiting, trademark infringement and trademark dilution.
