What can we expect on your new joint “Push
Comes To Shove”?
Med: real hip hop and good lyrics from life experience

Do you have any guests on there?
Med:
Diamond, Poke, Just Blaze, J Dilla and Madlib. I also have Noelle
of The Rebirth.

What are going to be some of the topics you address
on this album?
Med:
I talk about Oxnard life, Hip Hop, Women, Weed and things to
look out for in the streets.

Who were your main influences coming up?
Med:
KRS 1, Ice Cube, Dr. Dre, Rakim, Dj Premier, Pete Rock and most
real hip hop.

Where’d the title “Push Comes To Shove”
come from?
Med:
It came from my situation in life. I feel if I want something
for myself I can’t wait for it.

Have you picked your first single yet?
Med:
Yes, it is Push produced by J dilla. Video coming soon.

What type of sound can we expect, like if you
had to compare it to your recent appearance on Madvillain’s “Raid”?
Med:
It will be the same raw hip hop in my own fashion.

Do you already have a favourite track?
Med:
I like Can’t Hold On produced by Madlib; that is just one
of the many.

What’s it like working with Madlib?
Med:
It is a privelage to work with him for over ten years.

When you look at your career now, what are you
most proud of?
Med:
Finally having a album complete and in stores.

Med:
To many songs to chose.
