Customer Review:
Mc Eiht represented in 94 with this classic that kept him on level in the game. He has some heavy production and tight beats in this, they have a feel like they could only be Eihts. The double bass(jazz) which is used a lot gives a nice sound to the album. Mc Eiht comes haaard with his vocals, streiht G nothing softer. Def wish III is tight too, getting DJ Quik once more. On the Mc Eiht album death threats in 96, he did not let quik off with his call outs in safe’n’sound and went right back at him. Shortly after this, there was a run in and Dj Quik realised that he was not as G as Mc Eiht was living. I think they calmed it down but quik had more love for Eiht then the other way around, they were supposed to do a track together but I don’t think Eiht agreed to anything. But anyway, this is a classic and you should have it in your collection because after death threats things got a bit weak on the Mc Eiht and CMW tip.
