I first heard this and thought it was a neptunes beat. I found out it was co-produced, one of the people being a dude named "Mr. WIlliams". I’ve been looking him up ; can’t find much of his music. Then I thought maybe this gippy is pharrell and he’s frontin’ (pun) a guise. Either that or this dude is seriously taking their style, this song is too much like the neptunes.
