Wu-Tang Clan affiliate Killah Priest will release his first new album, The Offering, in four years. The album, which will be released on August 24th on Good Hands Records, features guest appearances by Nas, Immortal Technique, Canibus, Ras Kass, and Hell Razah with production by Godz Wrath, 4th Disciple, Tek (of Tangled Thoughts) and Sam Sneed.

The rapper said in a released statement, "The album is golden. It is for real Priest fans, for real Wu fans and real heavy mentalists, they are going to love The Offering. We’re in Good Hands now."

Killah Priest released two albums while signed to MCA Records : 1998’s Heavy Mental and 2000’s View From Masada. In 2001, he released the independent set Priesthood which was followed by 2003’s Black August.
