| Kelis Signs With Interscope |
Kelis has signed a new deal with Interscope Records and she’ll release an album through will.i.am’s Interscope-affiliated Musc Group label. Kelis announced the deal in a statement saying, “I love that I am now a new part of the Interscope family.
2010 is around the corner and I can’t wait to put out new music and spend time with real music fans on tour again.”
Kelis has been logging studio time with producers like Free School, Burns, DJ Ammo, Boys Noize and, of course, will.i.am. There’s no release date for the album at this point, but it should drop sometime in 2010.
