Kanye West Turns Down 50 Cent Debate
Kanye West has dismissed 50 Cent’s challenge to a live TV debate, insisting it is "the stupidest" idea.
The two rappers are set to release their new albums on the same day next month and last Friday 50 - real name Curtis Jackson - invited West to a presidential-style debate on BET to determine who has the better album.
Kanye West has turned down the offer, because he would rather concentrate on perfecting his art.
Speaking at the
MTV Video Music Nominations in New York on Tuesday, West said : "What am
I going to debate about ? I’m going to go in the studio and make music. "When
I heard that thing about the debate, I thought that was the stupidest thing.
When my albums drops and 50’s album drops, you’re gonna get a lot of good music
at the same time."

ok lets get hings straight, 50’s album "curtis is a much better album and theonly reason kanye west’s album did better is because of the 1 songtha was good that people had not heard as much "stronger" 50s album curis was suppossed to come out 2 months before kanye’s so he realesed all of his singles "ayo technology, i get money, straight to the bank, amusementpark" months ago so if u put 2 and 2 together and use u brain people dont want to buy something they have already herd so 50’s alumdid not do as well as kanye’s which is abig dissapointment to 50. over all if 50’s album would have came out about 2-3 weeks after the singles came out he would have killed kanye, wen kanyes album came out the song "stronger" was still fresh so people wanted to hear it more, so they will tur the song up instead of down like in 4 months when stronger comes on the radio of coarse you will flip threw to see hat else is on, dont get me wrong kanye west is a tallented artist for what he is, but i am gona have to give it to 50, if have a ear for hiphop take a brouse threw kanye’s album and then take a brouse threw 50’s go figure, if you wana cantact me in this regard, my email is nitrolltheway@aol.com
