Kanye West Arrested For Assaulting Photographer In UK
Kanye West was arrested early on Friday morning (November 14) outside the Tup Tup nightclub in Newcastle following another altercation with a paparazzi photographer.
"We can confirm that a 31-year old man was arrested on suspicion of assault following an incident at a Newcastle city centre club in the early hours of this morning," a Northumbria police spokeswoman said in a statement. "He was released without charge and no further action is being taken."
Kanye was in Newcastle as part of his Glow in the Dark world tour which stopped at the Metro Radio Arena the night before.
This latest arrest
comes just two months after Kanye was arrested at L.A.X. airport for snatching
and smashing the camera of another paparazzi photographer. No charges were brought
against the rapper in that incident either.
