Dipset member and widely regarded wordsmith JR Writer readies June 10th’s “Politics & Bulls&*t,” the follow up to late 2007’s “Writer’s Block 5.”

One of the most renowned lyricists to emerge from the Dipset camp, JR is also one of the most prolific ; a mere 7 months after the release of “Writer’s Block 5,” JR offers another entry into his voluminous catalog.

As JR proclaims :
“I got a lot to say and I stay making records. As long as there’s an outlet and my fans keep demanding it, I’ma stay putting out classics. This is still just the beginning.”

In between studio sessions, JR and fellow Dipset cohorts found some time to shoot a gritty visual for the previously unreleased heater “80 In The Clip.” JR showcases his machine gun flow while Duke Da God, Freekey Zekey and 40 Cal cameo in support.

With JR Writer’s June 10th release of “Politics & Bullshit”, Dipset and its affiliated artists are as busy as ever, as Babygrande Records gears up for a “Dipset summer,” which also features a July 22nd sophomore set from core member Hell Rell.
