| Jay-z And Eminem Team Up On "dj Hero !" |
Jay-Z and Eminem have collaborated on a special edition of the upcoming Activision video game “DJ Hero.” The “DJ Hero: Renegade Edition” (named for Jay-Z’s 2001 single featuring Eminem) will include an exclusive turntable controller with metal controls – as opposed to the plastic controller that comes with the standard game. The “Renegade” edition of DJ Hero will also come with a double CD containing unreleased tracks by Jay-Z and Eminem.
The “Renegade Edition” of DJ Hero will retail between $150 and $200. The standard game will go for $119.99.
Artists who contributed to the standard game so far include Grandmaster Flash, DJ AM, DJ Shadow, the Beastie Boys and DJ Z-Trip. Some of the mash-ups that will be featured on DJ Hero are:
