Jay-Z Teams With Stargate For New Label
Jay-Z is reported to have teamed up with European production duo Stargate to create a new label called StarRoc.
It is being reported that the Norwegian duo consisting of Tor Erik Hermansen and Mikkel S. Eriksen have relocated to Jay-Z’s Manhattan Roc The Mic studio.
In related news, Eriksen has signed a new global deal joining his Stargate partner at EMI Music Publishing.
Stargate were responsible
for Ne-Yo’s Billboard Hot 100 topping "So Sick," Beyonce’s "Irreplaceable"
and Rihanna’s "Take A Bow."
