Following weeks of speculation The Lox’s Jadakiss has signed a new deal with Ruff Ryders/Roc-A-Fella in which he will release his third, currently untitled, solo album.
Today’s announcement comes after weeks of speculation and rumour which only intensified after Jadakiss made an appearance in Jay-Z’s new video "Roc Boys (And The Winner Is)" where he can be seen throwing up the Roc-A-Fella diamond hand signal.
The upcoming album,
which is due out sometime in 2008, will act as the follow-up to 2004’s platinum
selling "Kiss of Death," which spawned the hit singles "Time’s
Up" featuring Nate Dogg and "Why" featuring Anthony Hamilton.
His first album, 2001’s "Kiss The Game Goodbye" has sold over 3 million
copies since its release.
