Akon continues to push 64K units this week and keeps his #2 spot on the charts for another round while his new album Konvicted has sold 1 220 000 copies to date.

Young Jeezy is #7 with his album Inspiration selling more than 675K units after 4 weeks.

Nas is still doing his thing a #8 on the charts and has a new video coming up for his album Hip Hop is Dead. Nas has reached Gold Status after 3 weeks and with the current success of the album and a world tour schedules he should hit platinum in a few weeks.

Jay-Z is now number 25 on the charts with sales for Kingdom Come reading at 1,2M.

Big Snoop Dogg has moved almost 700 000 copies of Tha Blue Carpet Treatment.

The Game is still struggling for the platinum status as The Doctors Advocate sold 20K this week and 771 800 copies after 8 weeks on the charts.

On the R&B side, the success of Beyonce last single has made enough buzz to push the soundtrack of “Dreamgirls” at #1 on the Billboard 200 chart this week with sales of 66,000 copies, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
