On July 30, Foxy was accused of playing music too loud from a car stereo by her 25-year-old Brooklyn neighbor, and arrested on Aug. 14. The rapper allegedly threw a cell phone at the woman, the AP reports.

Foxy, real name Inga Marchand, was later arraigned on charges of assault, attempted assault, menacing and criminal possession of a weapon.

But Foxy Brown has seen better days. After getting hit with a year bid in the pen for parole violation after assaulting two Manhattan manicurists in 2004, it seemed the troubled rapper couldn’t get lower.

And yet for now, the 28-year-old rapper has something to sing (or rap) about. Her lawyer, John Sampson, put in a plea on Foxy’s behalf for the blackberry incident.

She will reappear in court Dec. 17.. Her fourth album, Brooklyn’s Don Diva, is set to drop in November.
