new video "when I’m gone"
Eminem’s video for "When I’m Gone" recounts the rap superstar’s recent
stint in rehab for dependency on prescription sleeping pills. The video opens
in a large room with adults in a 12-step type meeting. A speaker is describing
how his life has been changed for the better since breaking his addiction and
in the group listening is a black-haired Eminem, MTV.com reported.
He takes the podium and announces: "My name is Marshall." Then the song kicks in. The video was directed by Anthony Mandler in the rapper’s hometown of Detroit and is set to make its debut Monday on MTV.
"Curtain Call" is due in stores Dec. 6.
