Eminem Offered SlimFast deal

Slim-Fast have offered rapper Eminem the chance to become their next spokesmodel, after learning he’s battling weight problems.

The superstar was recently hospitalized after suffering from heart problems arising from a bout of pneumonia. And, in her new book, "My Son Marshall, My Son Eminem," the Stan hitmaker’s estranged mother Debbie Nelson reveals the elusive rapper has ballooned in weight.

She writes, "His face has broken out in pimples and he’s put on so much weight that he’s causing all sorts of other health problems for himself."

A spokesperson says, "Slim-Fast is a program that can really work for someone like Eminem ; It’s a do-able and flexible approach. Slim-Fast would love to offer Eminem product and assistance to help him become a potential S-F success story."

I think anything that comes out of Debbie’s mouth is a pile of crap. It’s like she had the chance before to do right by him & she’s still slandering his name (in a book, no doubt). Why did she suddenly become an author - only to make money because she has no drive or desire to better herself. As for the slim fast thing - if you haven’t seen "Slim Shady" yourself...you shouldn’t believe what his "mother" (if you can call her that after what she’s done to him) says or writes. Personally, I’d rather not bash someone who is so desperate to gain media attention. I wouldn’t waste a dollar on any book she has to sell. I’m looking forward to reading Marshall’s words, because it is he who is the only authority on what his life has been like. And simply because he has been working his business label (SHADY Records) and is spending his time & efforts on that, you don’t know what he is up to. He’s been out of the public eye promoting those who have the dream of become someone big in the rap & hip hop industry. It’s a shame people have no clue as to what a private person hopes for. It certainly isn’t a mother or any other family member discrediting your name. Oh well. Someday, somewhere it will all just blow away & we’ll all say "Debbie who ??" Indeed. I am C.
