Drug arrests on Snoop’s tour bus

Two members of Snoop Dogg’s entourage were arrested last night (July 31) after police pulled over the rapper’s tour bus in Texas.

The Associated Press is reporting that Snoop’s tour bus was pulled over by authorities in Dallas for having an expired registration sticker. The vehicle was then searched after police claimed they smelt marijuana.

Two ounces of the drug were found and 27-year-old Ethan Calhoun and 26-year-old Kevin Barkey were arrested after admitting to owning the drugs.

Both men were taken to Navarro County Jail and released after posting $1,500 bail each.

If convicted the pair will face six months in prison and up to $2,000 in fines.

Snoop Dogg was not arrested during the stop allowing him to perform at Dallas’ Cotton Bowl that night.
