Hip-Hop producer Dr. Dre has teamed up with Drinks American Holdings Inc. to produce a new range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

As part of the new deal the NWA rap legend will release a new super premium cognac and a sparkling vodka. Dre is also said to be planning to release an imported premium tequila in the near future.

"I’m always down for a new challenge," Dr. Dre told CNN. "When Drinks Americas approached me about going into business with them, I knew there was a lot of competition out there but it was the same way when I started doing music. I’m going to put the best product out there, because that’s what I do."

Dr. Dre isn’t the first celebrity to work with Drinks America Holdings. The company’s current portfolio includes Willie Nelson’s Old Whiskey River Bourbon, Donald Trump’s Trump Super Premium Vodka and Paul Newman’s Lightly Sparkling Fruit Juice Drinks and Flavoured Waters.
