Common has confirmed that his forthcoming album, "Universal Mind Control," will be released on December 9 via Geffen Records.

The album is set to feature guest appearances from Pharrell Williams, Cee-Lo and Kanye West as well as production from the Neptunes and Mr. DJ.

Meanwhile, although Interscope Records are yet to reveal a release date for Eminem’s highly anticipated comeback album, "Relapse," Amazon.com are listing the album with a December 23 release date.

While details about the album are sketchy, "Relapse" is set to feature contributions from Dr. Dre, DJ Premier, 50 Cent and T.I.
