Chamillionaire is gearing up his third major label effort, Venom, scheduled for an early 2009 release via his new home at Universal Republic Records. The much-buzzed about follow-up to 2007’s Ultimate Victory is led by the single "Creepin’ (Solo)," which features a powerful guest verse from Ludacris.

Venom is the third studio album by American rapper Chamillionaire. Confirmed producers for the album include Don Cannon, Mannie Fresh, J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League, and Drumma Boy. Confirmed collaborators for the album include the late Pimp C, Ludacris, Good Charlotte, Z-Ro, Scarface, Three 6 Mafia, Bobby Valentino, and J Holiday.
