Andre 3000 To Release New Album
OutKast’s most eccentric member, Andre 3000, is prepping a new album that will contain music from his Cartoon Network animated series, Class of 3000. Allhiphop.com reports that the rapper will release the project, Class of 3000: Music Volume One, on July 3rd. The set will include the voices of the children and characters from the show, including the rapper’s character, Sunny Bridges.
The 14-track album will be released on the heels of the second season of the popular show. In the series, Bridges leaves the entertainment industry to teach kids at his local alma mater, Westley School for the Performing Arts.
Class of 3000 airs on Thursdays at 7 p.m. ET.
