50 Cent starts new Movie Production company
50 Cent announced at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City (Utah) that he is planning to enter the movie production business with longtime manager Chris Lighty and movie producer Randell Emmett.
Randel Emmet is known for producing movies such as Shottas, The Amityville Horror (2005) and more recently Home of the Brave and the upcoming Righteous Kill starring 50 Cent.
Chris Lighty manages a list of superstar clients like Missy Elliott, LL Cool J, Busta Rhymes, Sean "Diddy" Combs and 50 Cent.
Some may ask if this annoucement means that 50 Cent’s music career is over especially after his soundscan battle with Kanye West and here is what the G-Unit Boss has to say : "I made some comments to create some excitement and energy in music. I still have a passion for music. Technically, worldwide, I sold more albums. So I win."
